“When a leak appeared in my ceiling, I called Spartan Shield, and they were able to quickly come out and inspect the problem. Peter not only got up on the roof outside, but went inside the (barely) crawlable crawl space. His diagnosis was that it was not a roof issue, but probably an HVAC/condensation issue.
He was thorough and helpful, and did not even charge me for the time and effort expended. Truly a class act with old school customer service. I hope I don't ever have a roof leak, but I know who to call should that happen.”
